Dr. Phuong Leung is the founder of iCST Dementia Training and Consultancy, dedicated to improving dementia care through evidence-based practice. A Senior Dementia Research Fellow at UCL with a PhD in Psychiatry, focusing on cognitive and psychosocial interventions to enhance well-being and independence for people living with dementia.

Dr. Leung specializes in translating research into practice by designing and delivering training that empowers health and social care professionals and family carers. Her consultancy provides practical, research-driven strategies to raise care standards and promote person-centred support.
